Manufacturing process of perfume cream sachet
Required ingredient of making 100 kilograms of cream perfume Stearic acid : 18.0 kg Cetyl Alcohol : 0.5 kg Distilled Water : 70.02 kg Propylene Glycol : 5.0 kg Methyl p-hydroxy Benzoate : 0.1 kg Potassium Hydroxide : 1.2 kg Perfume : 5.0 kg Manufacturing process Heating the Stearic Acid and Cetyl Alochol in reaction vessel at 70 O C and heat the other ingredient in separate reaction vessel at 70 O C. Now add both reaction vessel chemicals in third reactor with continuously agitation. When emulsification is complete, cool the emulsion slowly. At 45 O C add the perfume compound and mix. Now cream is ready to pack in desired packaging.
