Manufacturing process of perfume cream sachet



Required ingredient of making 100 kilograms of cream perfume
Stearic acid                                     : 18.0 kg
Cetyl Alcohol                                 : 0.5 kg
Distilled Water                               : 70.02 kg
Propylene Glycol                           : 5.0 kg
Methyl p-hydroxy Benzoate          : 0.1 kg
Potassium Hydroxide                     : 1.2 kg
Perfume                                          : 5.0 kg

Manufacturing process
Heating the Stearic Acid and Cetyl Alochol in reaction vessel at 70OC and heat the other ingredient in separate reaction vessel at 70OC. Now add both reaction vessel chemicals in third reactor with continuously agitation. When emulsification is complete, cool the emulsion slowly. At 45OC add the perfume compound and mix. Now cream is ready to pack in desired packaging.
